The victim makes a dex saving throw on a failed save you control of the blood in a victim's body(not mind) and can control them up to 1 hour, the victim can't move of there own will and will take 1d4 necrotic damage every 10 minutes on 3 successful saves you can no longer target this victim after the duration the victim will return to normal.
