1d4 balls of warbling, electrical energy shoot out from your hand. make a ranged spell attack for every ball you have. you can divide the attacks among multiple targets. if you don't choose a target the spell is wasted. on  a hit, the target takes 3d6+5 lightning damage.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
