You channel the corruption of the shadowfell coursing through your body into your hand and unleash it on an unsuspecting victim. You touch a creature within range dealing 3d8 of necrotic damage, instantly decaying the effected area, turning it to dust. Damage increases by 1d8 for every level past 1st. The affected creature is overcome with pain an has disadvantage on their next attack roll.
