All-Seeing Eyes

When the All-Seeing Eyes spell is cast, the caster may see from the eyes of anyone he knows for 1 minute or less. The victim of the spell must make a saving throw vs. Spell, and if they succeed, the amount of time the caster may see from their vision is halved. The caster must know where the victim is in order to cast the spell.
