You turn your body and everything your wearing and carrying turn into a mud-like substance. You can travel through loose dirt as if it was water and can travel the same distance as your walking speed. You cannot travel more than 5 feet underground. You have resistance to nonmagical damage. As an action in this form, you can wrap around someone's legs and harden the target must make a dexterity saving throw or be grappled. You must emerge to make halfway to cast spells and make melee attacks and you can emerge or submerge as a bonus action. If you are underground when the effect ends you take 1d8 force damage and are taken to the surface.
