Alacrity

Upon facing immediate danger, you draw a spell sigil in the air, mutter a few words, and time seems to slow down but just for an instant, allowing a faster reaction.

Before a battle starts, if you're not surprised, you can spend a reaction to cast this spell. Choose a willing creature you can see within 30ft (you can also target yourself), and the target can add its proficiency bonus to the initiative roll. If the creature is not willing, it can make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell DC. On a success, the spell holds no effect on that target.

At higher levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 1st.
