Web Vortex

You conjure a spinning web vortex from the ground in an unoccupied space of your choice that you can see within range. When you cast this spell, you can direct the web to lash out at 2 creatures within 30 feet of it that you can see. The web attaches to and envelops the creatures head, letting the caster corrupt the creatures mind, making it passive. The creatures must succeed on a Intelligence saving throw or be pulled 10 feet directly towards the vortex. Until the creature can pass its Intelligence saving throw it is considered grappled. Until the spell ends, any creature that ends its turn caught by the vortex and within 5 feet takes 1d4 bludgeoning damage.
