For the duration, A bubble appears over the heads of anyone within the area effect who speaks. The bubble will contain the words spoken in the language they were spoken in and dissipates a few moments later. If they leave the area of effect the bubble disappears and a new bubble appears over anyone who enters the area. The bubbles appear and show words spoken even if the target or area is under the effects of silence.
