the user surrounded by blood calls out for even more blood to be spilled and the gods answer with a hit bonus the user rolls a 1d3 to see how big the bonus is (each number is = to the boost so if you roll a 1 you get a +1) afterward all blood surges to the fingertip in a red energy ball where the user can cast to party members or them selfs to receive the bonus via touching them to apply it to themself all they have to do is touch them self's if used on party members it can only be cast to one party members
