Uttering a forbidden incantation the caster has to do naught but scream as the veins in their wrists painfully burst open as barbed wire made from their own blood streams forth to ensnare the unfortunate victim.

This spell always hits it's mark, the victim is restrained until released.

The only way to be freed from this is either by using a wish spell or the caster choosing to end the effect or dying.

As part of the casting of this spell the caster permanently sacrifices one of their hit dice and will be unable to use it to regain hitpoints when taking a short rest.

These can only be regained by ending the effect or by the death of the victim.

For every repeated casting of this spell another hit die is sacrificed.
