The target of this spell is turned in an Angel-type creature. The target now have feathered wings sprouting from your shoulder blades and his also considered Celestial on top of his class/subclass.
Darkvision. Due to your celestial heritage. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Radiant Resistance. You have resistance to radiant damage.
Winged. You have feathered wings sprouting from your shoulder blades. You have a flying speed of 30 feet. This trait replaces the Celestial Legacy trait.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Celestial.
Angelic Weapons. The deva's weapon attacks are magical. When the deva hits with any weapon, the weapon deals an extra 4d8 radiant damage (included in the attack).
Healing Touch. As an action you can touch a creature. The target magically regains 1d8 hit points, and is freed from any poison, blindness, or deafness. You must finish a long rest before you can use this again.
Light Bearer. You know the light cantrip. Charisma is your spell casting ability except if you are already a spell caster
