Blood Bolt

You fire a concentrated bolt of your own blood at an enemy. As a part of the somatics of this spell, roll one damage die of the weapon used to cast this spell. You take the resulting damage. After you take the damage, make a ranged spell attack against your opponent, and roll a number of d6s equal to the damage you took. On a successful hit, the enemy takes the result of the roll + your spellcasting ability modifier in necrotic damage, and if you are affected by a poison or disease the enemy must make a con save or be poisoned or diseased as well. This conveys the same effects as the original poison or disease.
