You strike the chord that generations of Bard Colleges have tried to scratch from the record. All organic creatures within the affected area make a constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 2d8 force damage and becomes incapacitated for 1 minute as they clutch their bowels in agony. On a successful save, the target is unaffected for the duration.  Affected targets make constitution saving throws at the end of each of their turns for the duration until they succeed.

Incapacitated creatures can still use their movement but cannot take actions or reactions.
Additionally, constipated creatures within hearing distance feel their insides soften up.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 1st.
