One creature of your choice, within 30ft gets protected by the unyielding ice of the Blue Glacier. A cold fog gathers around the creatures, matching it’s form. For the duration, the creatures adds a +1 to it’s AC for up to 1 minute.
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher the AC gets buffed by an additional +1 for each level above 3rd.
