You create a 20-foot-radius sphere of fog centered on a point within range. The sphere spreads around corners, and its area is heavily obscured. You may choose a number of creatures that can see through the fog. It lasts for the duration or until a wind of moderate or greater speed (at least 10 miles per hour) disperses it. You may move it 30ft on your turn as a bonus action.
You may turn any number of creatures that are in the area into a gaseous form, appearing as wisps of mist. If the target is unwilling, it can make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell has no effect. Additionally, if a creature attempts to leave the area you may use your reaction to turn them.
While in this mist form, a creature gains a flying speed equal to their walking speed while in the area, can move with the area as a reaction and has resistance to all damage exept psychic. The only actions a creature can take in this form are the Dash action or to revert to its normal form on their turn (requiring no action).
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4nd level or higher, the radius of the fog increases by 10 feet for each slot level above 3st.
