This special technique has been passed done generation by generation by an old sorcerer tribe who lived in the sky. Legends say this spell was lost forever when the tribe fell, only since recently has it been catching more attention. It is said that there can only be one user of this power at any moment in time.
When this spell is used and you gain the following effect:
You gain a flying speed of 80 feet. If you are still flying when the spell ends, you fall, and gain the "Feather Fall" spell effect until you land safely.
You can use your action to create a 15-foot grand whirlwind centered on a point you can see within 60 feet of you. Each creature in that area must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 4d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
If a Large or smaller creature fails the save, that creature is also pushed up to 10 feet away from the center of the cube.
There is no weight limitation to this spell. Ranged attack rolls have advantage when this effect is applied.

Posted Sep 15, 2024This should be much higher than third. Fly is third level, and this is a strict upgrade.
