Corden’s Astral Connection

Reaching out through the planes themselves, you create a secure and stable connection between yourself and a creature you are familiar with. While connected in this manner, you and the creature can communicate freely, either verbally or telepathically.

Additionally, if one of the participants in this spell is willing, the other may use their action see and hear through their senses. While perceiving through the other creature’s senses, a creature is effectively Blinded and Deafened until they use a bonus action to return to their own senses.

A creature must have an intelligence of 3 or higher to be targeted by this spell. Being affected by this spell allows a creature to understand any telepathic message sent to it, (even if the sender and recipient do not share a known language) and the creature can reply to the best of its ability.

Either creature can end the spell as an action.

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level, the duration increases to 24 hours. Alternatively, if you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level, the casting time becomes one hour, and the duration becomes one week. When cast at 7th level, this spell no longer requires concentration.
