To determine the damage type, roll a d8. The rays can be different types of magic.

1: Fire | 2: Force | 3: Cold | 4: Poison | 5: Radiant | 6: Necrotic | 7: Piercing | 8: Lightning

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you create one additional ray for each slot level above 2nd.
