Choose a creature with an intelligence rating of 9 or higher, then give that creature the material component*, that creature must succeed on a DC 12 Charisma saving throw or they become charmed by you and up 10 different allies of your choose. This spell automatically fails if you are in combat with the target. While charmed in this way, they show a minimum amount of friendliness towards you and the chosen allies, and then becomes an ally to you.
