Aurums Awful Altercations

Choose a creature within range then choose one of the following effects below:

• Tounge Twister: The target must make a Charisma saving throw or lose the ability to speak for the duration of the spell. When effected, the target also cannot cast any spells that have a verbal component or active any magic item that has a common word
• Stupid Hands: The target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or lose the ability to use their hands forbthe duration of the spell. When effected, the target cannot cast spells that have the somatic component and disadvantage on attack rolls.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd or higher, you may target one additional creature for each slot level above 2nd.
