Thick, massive arm like vines rip out of the ground and fill a 25-foot square on ground that you can see within range. For the duration, these vines turn the ground in the area into difficult terrain.
When the spell is cast as well when a creature enters the affected area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, the creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 5d6 bludgeoning damage by the vines until the spell ends. If they pass the saving throw they take half damage. A creature that ends its turn in the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone by the vines tripping them and takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage. If they pass this save they are not knocked prone and take half damage from this tripping of the vines.
