You play a song to appeal to the Gods of Lightning and Martyrdom, in an attempt to channel their energies through your arcane power. Choose two creatures within 30 ft. One must make a Dexterity Saving throw. On a failure, they take 3d10 lightning damage, half on a success. The other creature gains temporary hit points equal to half the lightning damage dealt.
