The caster draws upon their personal rage and desire for the targets death to gather all of their magical power for this spell. The caster must have an absolute desire or need to kill the target in order for this spell to work, otherwise it cannot be cast. The caster must also have an alignment with one or multiple deities they consider to be Gods in order to cast this spell. The caster must strike a casting pose and say the following incantation, which takes one turn with no other actions. The caster will be surrounded by an ominous purple aura while they do this.

"Foolish sinner I sentence you to cast your screams unto the heavens you worship! The jaws of the dragon borne from my flesh shall swallow you, and you'll become an offering to God as you howl in pain!

"BLOOD SACRIFICE!"

(Note: depending on the personal beliefs of the caster or character, the incantation can be modified to gods if they have multiple)

The spell will then take its price the next turn by having every pore and orifice of the caster violently rip open and spray out fountains of blood, lasting one turn, and causing the caster's HP to be reduced to 1/10 of its maximum. The caster will also have to make a constitution saving throw to determine whether or not they will be able to remain standing afterwards or collapse.

On the third turn, the ground directly underneath the target cracks and has boiling blood spray up towards the air, before a dark,  giant, mechanical muti-jaw beartrap springs out of the ground in an attempt to ensnare the target between its first set of jaws. The head of the trap is shaped like a cross between a shark and a dragon, mechanical and painted with crimson red symbols of an ominous nature, while the unidentifiable base metal is a deep obsidian black. The head is connected to a thorny giant red chain of unknown length.

(Note: The head and size of the trap will adjust in size from target to target in order to completely entrap the target. If the target is large on a scale of mountains or larger, the spell will simply try to ensnare the most vital part of the target between its jaws. If the location where the spell is cast has no ground, the space will physically crack and shatter like glass, expelling the blood sacrifice in a similar fashion.

On the Blood Sacrifice's emergence, the target will only have a single chance to escape. The target will roll a d20 death saving throw to evade, and the only successful number will be a natural 20, in which case the blood sacrifice will simply shoot into the air and rust into dust over the course of one turn. Any other number, however, and the target will be ensnared between the first set up jaws, standing on the closed second set being lifted into the air as they are force to push against the two sides of the jaws in order to avoid being crushed. Once this occurs, escape becomes impossible for the target, despite any and all factors (spells, abilities, outside interference), short of a wish spell by someone other then the target. Otherwise, the Blood Sacrifice cannot be stopped, damaged, or destroyed at this point. The Blood Sacrifice will shoot up into the air swaying from side to side until it reaches between 100, to 150 feet higher then where the target was originally caught, where it will open its lower 2nd through 11th sets of jaws. The target will then fall between them, and be crushed and twisted by all 11 sets of jaws simultaneously, causing blood to spurt out of the mechanical openings and rain down to the earth below. The Blood Sacrifice will then be pulled back down to where it was summoned and disappear in a splash of blood, with the hole it came from resealing.

As a result of this, the target is not simply killed, but their very soul and essence is destroyed as well. This spell bypasses any auto-res or even immortality effects, meaning as long as it hits, it can and will kill and eternally destroy just about anything. The only way any being can recover from this attack is from the use of a wish spell to restore their essence, and then a true resurrection.

As a result of casting this spell, the caster faces some very serious consequences, manifesting in the form of a curse the target endures after casting. The recovery from the curse can last for around three weeks, but can be sped up to a minimum of 5 days with the use of powerful healing magic, purification and curse combatting magic, holy water, and prayer. The effects are as follows;

The casters Maximum HP is reduced by 1/3

Whatever bonuses the caster might have in constitution are nullified

Total usable spell slots for the caster in each tier above fifth are reduced by one

Bleeding damage is twice as severe

The caster is incapable of casting Blood Sacrifice again until fully recovered
