Blalock's Bombogenesis

Creates a bomb cyclone in a 30ft sphere centered around a target within Ice Flower* (consuming the Ice Flower) causing 4d10 cold damage on the first time a creature enters or starts their turn within the area of effect. 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 2d10 for each slot level above 5th.

Combo Spell: see Ice Flower*

Combo Spell: Andaman Riptide* when cast into Bombogenesis AoE cause Brinicle  which consumes the the duration and causes 8d6 bludgeoning damage and creatures within the AoE must make a Strength saving throw against the spell dc. On a Failed saving throw add 2 points of exhaustion.
