Concealing Shadow

You discreetly touch a creature and envelop yourself in it's own shadow, hiding yourself from it's view. Until this spell ends, you are considered invisible to the creature you touched while within 10 feet it. This spell ends early if you attack the target, cast a harmful spell towards the target, or end your turn more than 10 feet away from the target.

If the target becomes suspicious of your unseen presence, it can use it's action to make a Wisdom (perception) check against your spell save DC to attempt to see you and end the spell early; if the target was unaware of your presence when you cast the spell it has disadvantage on all Wisdom (perception) checks against you until the spell ends.
