Ghastly Weight

Manipulate the weight of a weapon or ammunition. Although this weight affects the outside world, for the user the weapon feels like there was no change. When thrown or shot, it will have an affect equal to the outside weight, but all the user must do to propel it is exert the usual force needed to propel the weapon. For example, a mage way enchant an arrow with Ghastly Weight and shoots it as normal but when it hits his target the blow is equal to one dealt by a thrown owlbear.
