Better Identify

Identifying magical items is a skill that requires practice, as many wizards know. To be able to properly Identify an item, you must be willing to expend the time and effort to learn its properties.

Based on the level at which Identify is cast, more powerful items can be identified: at level 1, you can Identify uncommon magical items or lower. At level 3, you can Identify rare magical items. At level 5, you can identify very rare magical items. At level 7, you can identify legendary magical items. At level 9, you can identify artifact level items.
