Bolt O' The Witch

Shoot a beam of crackling blue energy towards a creature within sight, forming a sustained lightning arc between you and your target. On successful hit with this ranged spell attack, target takes 1d12 Lightning damage, and on each of your turns for the duration of the spell you can use your Action to deal another 1d12 Lightning damage to the target automatically.

The spell ends if you use your Action to do anything else, your target is outside of the spell's range, or if the target has total cover from you.
