Bound Entanglement

Target a creature within 120 feet. Target must make a Constitution Saving throw. If failed, target becomes bound (movement speed = 0, cannot take attack actions). Target also takes 3d6 bludgeoning damage and wielder takes 1/3 of that (round down).
