Aparate the Dead

You place the bone dust of any creature or entity in range. you cast the spell, the bone dust floats in particles and expands and molds to form a perfectly formed humanoid skull. this spell can only reach dead souls of humanoids. you then whisper to the skull the name of the humanoid creature you would like to communicate with. the skulls eyes flare up with a green flame and the soul of the creature is present. you may ask the soul skull 3 questions. the soul still retains its memories and intellegence and has the option to not answer the question or not comply and tell a lie. once the questions have been used up, the skull disintergrates with green flame and leaving no trace of the ritual or the components. if you have communicated with a soul, you cannot communicate with them again.
