This spell creates a spectral creature as an extension of the caster known as an Avatar. As a result, the Avatar appears as a visceral, symbolic representation of the caster. For example, if the caster is known for his bravery, then its Avatar could have the head of a lion.

The Avatar listens to and obeys your commands, and you can speak through your Avatar. While the Avatar is out of its vessel, the caster is blinded as their eyes glow, and the caster can see and perceive only through its Avatar. As a result, the Avatar may not move or act simultaneous to its caster. The Avatar may return to or remain inert inside the sealed vessel used in the casting of this spell. It remains inert and endures indefinitely, as long as its vessel remains undisturbed.

The Avatar possesses any mundane weapon as an extension of itself which it can use in battle. The has the same personality, memories, and abilities, spells, and health, AC, skills, ability scores, and any other statistics and powers as its caster. The Avatar also has a flying speed of 30. The Avatar expires after 120 days.

A piece of the caster's soul lies within the Avatar, as it is a true representation of the caster. If the Avatar is killed then this piece of soul dies with it and the caster reduces their maximum hit points by 3d6 permanently.

* - (a piece of the caster's soul, a diamond worth at least 1,000 gp and 1 piece of DNA from the caster, which the spell consumes, and a vessel worth at least 2,000 gp that has a sealable lid and is large enough to hold a Medium creature, such as a huge urn, coffin, mud- filled cyst in the ground, or crystal container filled with salt water)
