The infamous scout Blimpy concocted this spell one eve when faced with an interesting situation involving a cyclops, a herd of goats, and a genie. When cast, two illusory humanoid puppets appear within range. The puppets appear real (though are obviously puppets), producing sounds, depressing grass, etc. Physical interaction or a sufficient Intelligence (Investigation) check reveals them for what they are, preventing that creature from being affected by the spell.
When the puppets are summoned, and again on subsequent turns, you can use your bonus action to move the puppets and cause them to do one of three things:
- Harry: The puppet perform the help action, though only to give an attack advantage; they cannot help with any other tasks.
- Distract: The puppet emits a loud series of noises, audible to a range of 100 feet.
- Menace: The puppet menacingly approaches a creature, prompting a Wisdom saving throw; on a failure that creature has disadvantage on attack rolls on its next turn.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can create an additional puppet for each spell level above 3rd.
