A dazzling, opulent wall of light and sound appears in range in front of you. The wall is one foot thick, and can be made any dimension that is no longer than 50ft. long and 20ft. high. You can form the wall into a circle, in which case the wall can be a maximum of 30ft. in diameter. One side of the wall appears muted, while the other side appears as a vibrant display of lights and sounds, which is determined by the caster. The sound created from this spell can be heard from up to 120ft. away. A creature can pass through the wall using half of their movement.
Any creature that can see or hear the display of sounds and colors must make a CHA saving throw against the caster's spell save DC, or become charmed. A creature charmed in this way has their movement speed reduced to 0, as it stands in awe and amazement at the display in front of it. A creature can attempt a CHA saving throw at the start of each of its turns to end this effect. A creature charmed in this way for three or more turns also becomes blinded or deafened. The caster chooses which effect to impose, and can choose a different effect for each affected creature (but only one effect per creature). This blindness or deafness persists for one minute, even if the creature is no longer charmed.
