You send a wave of rippling energy forth from your soul. Choose one creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or have any and all immunities, resistances, and vulnerabilities removed for the duration. While affected by this spell the creature cannot regain any hit points except by spells cast by another creature.
