Your body instantly turns into fire, keeping only your original shape. Anyone within 6ft of you takes 4d10 fire damage, or half as much on a successful dexterity saving throw. Any flammable objects that are not being carried or worn are ignited. Everyone affected by the fire is knocked back 6ft by the sudden outburst of flames. After the spell ends you return to your normal self, exactly in the state you were in when the spell began.
