The user unleashes a violent vortex of zero degree temperatures in a 60ft spherical area centered on the user. Every creature within this area must make a CON save. Creatures who fail the save take 15d10+35 cold damage, and creatures who succeed take only half damage.  Targets who fail the save also become petrified due to becoming frozen in ice. The target can make a STR check on each of it's turns in an attempt to break free. On success, the target ends the condition on itself.

Creatures that are reduced to zero HP by this spell gets turned into an ice statue, which causes all their remaining death saves to fail.
