Make a ranged spell attack against a creature within range. On a hit, the target is struck and dealt 2d6 cold and 2d6 bludgeoning damage. If the hit creature is Large or smaller, it must make a Strength saving throw. On a failure, the creature is knocked prone. This spell deals an additional 1d8 cold or bludgeoning damage for each spell slot above the 3rd that this spell is cast.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 cold damage and 1d6 bludgeoning damage for each slot level above 3rd.
