Ascendance

By uttering an incantation your body undergoes a dramatic transformation before letting loose a burst of your newfound otherworldly power. Creatures within 5 feet of you during this transformation must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. Until the spell ends, you gain the following benefits:

• You are immune to the frightened condition.
• You gain darkvision out to 120 feet and the ability to see normally in nonmagical darkness.
• You have a flying speed of 40 feet.
• You can use your spellcasting ability modifier, in place of your Dexterity, when calculating your Armor Class.

Immediately after the spell ends, you are incapacitated until the end of your next turn.
