Bursting Frequency

You localize frequencies that only those you choose can hear. They resonate with the vibrations of the bodies and cause immense pain and damage over the duration of the spell. Choose up to 10 targets you know the location of within range of the spell. Those targets must succeed on a Constitution Saving throw vs. your spell save DC. The target takes 15d10 force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. Any target that fails the save also has disadvantage on any saving throws made for the duration of the spell.
Any breakable objects carried by a target is destroyed by the force of the frequencies.
