Connection

Choose one creature you are familiar with and meditate on them. Each minute you spend meditating your awareness stretches out in a 100ft radius. If the creature you chose enters your range of awareness, you immediately know their location, if the creature is moving, the direction of its movement, as well as its basic mood.
The creature will know when you have made a connection with them, though nothing can be communicated through this connection.
