Angler Fish Illicium

You create a bioluminescent sphere of light between one and nine feet from the ground in any location you can see within range. The color of the sphere can be any fluorescent color chosen by the spellcaster (blue, red, green, yellow, or purple). The sphere can be seen up to 120 ft away but only lights up a five foot diameter area.

Any creature (except the spellcaster) who can see the fluorescent globe must make a DC 12 intelligence check. On a failure the creature is stunned until the start of its next turn. A creature with an intelligence score below 8 automatically fails.
