Blackout

Upon casting this spell, a wave of anti-magical energy pulses around you in a 30ft radius sphere, any and all magitech devices are temporarily disabled for the duration, any magitech constructs caught within the range must succeed a Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 lightning damage (Ignoring resistance/immunity) and are stunned for 1 turn, if succeeded they take half damage but are not stunned.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the range increases by 30ft and magitech constructs take an additional 1d6 lightning damage per level.
