Minor Electric Shock

A tiny shock of static electricity comes out of your finger dealing 1 lightning damage to the target.

Alternatively, this spell can be cast on oneself and stored for later. A single charge will be stored within the body of the caster and the next time a creature makes contact with the caster they take the spells damage. Only one charge may be stored in someone at any time and if they touch a doorknob the spell will backfire dealing the same amount of damage to them instead. 

This spell's damage increases by 1 when you reach 5th level (2), 11th level (3), and 17th level (4).
