A whirling sheath of swirling winds surrounds you, sending incoming enemy attacks skittering off to the side, parting around your retaliations, and providing a platform for your feet. For the duration of the spell, you gain immunity to ranged weapons attacks made by a creature of no more than one size category larger than you, as the wind deflects the projectiles. Your ranged weapon attacks are not hindered at all by the shield. Additionally, you may use the buoyancy to step slowly through the air. As the spell lasts, you gain a flying speed equal to half your land speed. If the spell ends while you are aloft, you descend at 60 feet per round and take no fall damage.
