Blue Flame

This spell is a minor conjuration of a small intense blue flame in the hand of the caster, the flame allows the caster to preform any of the following,

• Scorch patterns or images into inanimate objects 
• Weld Metallic objects together or cut them apart
• Light small flammable objects on fire and melt small metallic objects
• Harm people or objects, dealing 1d4 fire damage to any non magical object or person hit with an unarmed melee attack.
