Air Slash

The user makes a quick slashing motion with their hand and causes a blade of air to fly away from them in a line five feet wide and the length of the battlefield. Each creature in the line of attack must make a dexterity saving throw or take 4d10 flying damage. On a failed save the creature flinches and loses a turn if it's turn would have come up later in the round of combat.
