You enchant a tiny creature to become a messenger that will carry a three sentence poem to a recipient creature with which you are friendly. While the spell is active the messenger is charmed by you.
The messenger travels to the recipient by dashing along the most direct route possible, so long as the recipient is willing to receive messages.
When the messenger reaches the recipient, it clearly and audibly repeats the poem precisely as you spoke it.The spell then ends and the messenger returns to its natural behavior.
If the recipient is not willing to receive messages, the messenger instead dashes in a random direction until the recipient is willing, or the messenger dies of exhaustion.
If another creature is impersonating the recipient, the impostor has an even chance of receiving the poem instead of the intended recipient.
You can send the messenger across any distance within the same plane of existence, but the messenger can be intercepted, slain or die of fatigue before it reaches the recipient.
When cast at higher levels you can enchant one additional tiny creature per spell level above first, and designate a poem and recipient for each creature you enchant.
