Aster's Suspended Aspect

The target of this spell must be a building no larger than 700 square feet with which you must be in contact with during the entire casting of the spell. Upon completion, the spell creates a special relativity zone inside of the building, expanding the room to the desires and whim of the caster. Effectively, the building gains the same traits and perks of the Magnificent Mansion, but permanently until dispelled.
