Cobra Hood

Your head and neck become serpentine and hooded like a cobra. While transformed in this way, you may make a melee spell attack to bite a creature within 5 feet, dealing 2d6 + your spellcasting modifier piercing damage on a hit. On a hit, the target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target suffers 4d6 poison damage and is poisoned for 1 minute, or half damage on a successful saving throw and is not poisoned.
   Additionally, as an action, you can choose to catch the eye of one creature you can see within 30 feet of you as you weave hypnotically. That creature must make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failed save, the target is incapacitated until the end of your next turn or until it takes any damage.
