Appraising Eye

You touch an item and through divination magic determine the item's value measured in gp, and whether or not the item is magical. The spell does not guarantee that you will get the determined price when you sell it and does not provide any clues as to who may buy it for the highest possible price. The spell does not give you any insight in what type of magic the item radiates nor what the effects of its enchantments are either.
